What are Constellations?
Constellations--specifically family or systemic constellations--are a way of engaging with the unspoken contracts, energetic entanglements, and painful patterns that originate outside of us.
While nuero-lingustic programming is incredible at uncovering and respectfully revising the key points of decision and belief that make their home in our neural pathways, some choices were made long before our brains started forming, leaving us to grow into and around roots already strong and deep.
Allowing these (often hidden) root-tangles to play out in front of you, seeing the familiar shapes manifest before witnesses in a safe container, can turn the picture on its head, and gives room for the tapestry of reality to tie off some tired threads.
